'The entire team is leaving': Management cuts employee's pay by two-thirds causing him to resign, then panics when entire team walks out in solidarity

Companies love to sell "unlimited potential," but usually it's just a pretty way of saying "we'd like you to work harder for less money." That's what happened to one employee, who found their salary brutally adjusted to a system that barely kept them above water. In fact, after the first paycheck, they realized they were earning less than a third of what they used to. Management called it an opportunity... reality called it poverty.

So they did what most overworked and underpaid employees only dream of: they walked. They found a new job with a competitive salary, real benefits, and even the promise of paid certifications. When they handed in their notice, the owners didn't apologize or make a counteroffer — they guilt-tripped. They went on about their own sacrifices, completely ignoring the fact that their employee couldn't survive on what they were paying.
